Cadila declares bonus issue.

In one of my previous posts I had mentioned about cadila health care.After that it declined to more than 10 % .I recently updated to hold cadila for a week .Today I think it has started the rally .According to my view Cadila will touch the target of 750-800 in a week.

Uncertainty in the market is likely to continue on the back of a strong intra-day volatility and weak Asian indices in the ongoing trades. ie market may face correction .There are reports of Sebi imposing an interim ban on several Dps, brokers and banks from carrying out activities in the stock market till further notice due to some irregularities in the recent IPO's may keep the investors jittery from taking any fresh positions. Among the banks HDFC Bank, Centurion Bank of Punjab, IDBI Bank and ING Vysya Bank have been asked not to open new demat accounts, while the listed Indiabull Securities has been barred from the securities market. Sebi has also asked Karvy and Pratik from carrying out DPand broking .

Last week we went to Kodaikanal .The climate was pretty cool in morning and after that climate is normal with gentle cool breeze.But my sachi became less active in that cold climate as it was his first experience in a cold environment.After we reach down the highrange he became ok..started playing as normal.This picture was taken infront of the lodge where we stayed there.There we did boating which was an excellent experience..we visited the suicide spot ,gardens etc.Then we moved to Thekkady another beautiful place in kerala,A famous wild life sanctuary.There we saw elephant,deer etc.

This is the results season and stocks may decline and move up according to the results,bonus,divident etc.. Here are some good stocks one can invest for a week or two.Suzlon energy is one of them.Its one of the major acquisition is about to announce,may be with in a week or two.Investors holding the stock can wait patiently and reep the success. Investors who bought Infy as per my posting can keep the stock for some more days till the target of 3350-3400 is met.Rajesh Exports is a good short term pick.It crossed one resistance level of 315 the next resistance will be around 350-355. Housing and Real estate sectors are buzzing. As I have already mentioned in my previous posts Morarjee realities and Mahindra Gesco is moving up day by day.Another good stock in this sector is Ansal Housing I think listed only in BSE and cmp is 375.According to my view it can reach a short term target of 500 and medium term 750.Its good to accumulate the stock.Also its good to buy Infy for short term as many stock brokers revised the target price and yesterday and today it slipped alot..Many New Funds may invest in this stock..We can buy the stock at dip and wait for the target of 3400 and sell off..

I am happy to inform that almost all(97%) of stocks which I mentioned in different posts had met their target . Some with in days and some with in a month or two.Yet there are some stocks which didn't move much .But I can assure you that keeping those stocks for some more time will make you richer:) These are some of the stocks :- GVK power and Infrastructure,Dena Bank,Cadila Health Care,Suzlon Energy .People invested in these stocks will be worried ,I know but I can promise you that the big thing is about to happen.Wait for some weeks...The coming weeks will be good for these stocks.. Some stocks like Bank of Baroda,Gateway Distriparks Reliance Infrastructure moved up but didnt met the target So people invested in these should be patient for some more time. Some like Morarjee Realities,Gesco Corporation,Madras Cements,TCS went more than 40% after my posts.But I am confident that these stocks will go much more that the present value.These stocks are meant for long term investments

Sona Koyo Steering Systems was in red despite announcing a 50% dividend and a 1:1 bonus issue. INFY to buy citigroup's stake in progeon.

TCS seems to be performed better than Infy.Both these announced issue of bonus shares.TCS can reach a target of 2200-2300 in short term.Also good for long term ie. for more than 3 years. TIPS Some good stocks for short term include GVK which can reach a target of 350 from current levels.Also bombay dyeing seems to be good.

TCS announced an 1:1 bonus and a final divident of Rs 4.5/share. Suzlon Energy , currently, is the sixth largest wind energy player in the world. It is looking at another acquisition in Europe now, which could bring it to the second position. so investing in the stock for short term is good.

Infosys declared the results for the year end and 4 th quarter last day.Yet it was below estimated earnings, results seems to be ok.The final divident of 8.5 /share and the special dividentof Rs 30 /share in connectionwith silver jubilee makes this attractive.Thus one who purchased Infy at IPO for 9500 now worth 2 crores.Its really an amazing fact.In addition to the divident mentioned above infy also declared a 1:1 bonus also.I think investors who are holding infy can still hold the stock.New investors can also enter into the stock as the growth is continuing .Also infy is near to bag a big order.

Market will be under pressure today also following the yesterday's dip.The stocks to note include India cements ,Oudh sugar.Famous stock analyst Ramesh Dhamani asked his clients to stay away from the market for some days.ie. he expects the markets to correct further more. He also added to keep money with hand sothat one can enter after correction.Reliance petroleum IPO opens today for subscription for more details please refer IPO updates .The stocks which can be bought immediately after correction for medium to long term include Essel propack.The next support for nifty is assumed to be at 3265-3255,if it breaks, nifty can go easily to 2600 levels.

Cipla raises 170m$ via GDR issue and each GDR was priced 15.39$.GDR's were placed by book building Issue. Suzlon energy- another acquisition to happen.IVRCL cons to sell stake at current premium to mutual funds.

IVRCL’s stake sale news will help the share to move up.Reliance,L&T and some other leading real estate and construction players are in the fray.Also keep invested in real estate and construction stocks like Morarjee Realities,IVRCL,Mahindra Gesco etc.Uttam sugar mills surget to 412 in early trades 21% premium over the IPO price of 340.Cranes software is near to an acquisition of a US company.

Infosys may consider the bonus issue on 14 th April ,stock up 4% in morning trade. ZeeTv may touch 300 -325 level in short term.BCCI got 220 million $ from zee telefilms for cricket telecast rights.It has strong support at 245 level.IVRCL cons likely to bag a big order.Reliance infrastructure has bounced back from its lows.There will be some action seen in near future .The stock has support at around 380.

Helios & Matheson Information Technology has acquired 43% controlling stake in the New York-based The A Consulting Team Inc for $8.75 million.The stock is expected to meet the target of 250-260 in short term.
