There is a chance of price hike  as expected from the graph.

Stock Performance: As of May 19, 2025, ONGC's stock has crossed above its 100-day Simple Moving Average, indicating a bullish trend. 

HFCL

Around 50% uplift from the current price due to the investment for 5G implementiation in ndia.

Real estate stocks rising

Asian stocks are lower today as Japanese and Hong Kong shares fall. The Nikkei 225 is off 0.40% while the Hang Seng is down 0.85%. The Shanghai Composite is trading down by 1.53%. US stocks fell sharply on Friday, adding to their steep weekly losses, as investors assessed the possibility of a trade war brewing between the US and China.

Real estate 2018 .

                2018 is going to be a big year for real estate investments in India. After a year of recovering from the triple whammy of demonetisation, GST and RERA, the real estate market is starting to lift its head again.The following are the major players in the realestate industry. The excess liquidity in the banking system have led the RBI rejig the key lending rates. Resultantly, the home loan interest rates that were recorded at around 9.5 percent a year in 2016 have now been floating in the range between 8.3-8.4 percent.

That makes for considerable savings in the EMI costs; enabling people to avail of low-cost home finance, and become a home owner. It is expected that the home loan rates will remain low for the next several quarters and may even come down further.

This quarterly results are good, stock is gaining.

VRL Logistics-BUY

VRL Logistics is in the Transport & Logistics sector. The current market capitalisation stands at Rs 3,070.34 crore.
The current price is 336.

VRL Logistics has entered in to an agreement of sale with Rajglory Infra LLP for purchase of land and construction of transhipment yard at Surat, Gujarat at estimated cost of around RS 83 crore.

If you buy this stock and hold it for 3-4 months it will reach 600+.the exit price can be fixed at 622.

 

 

Eris Lifesciences IPO

Eris Lifesciences, an Ahmedabad-based company, on Thursday has raised Rs 779.43 crore from anchor investors ahead of its Rs 1,800 crore initial public offer (IPO).

The IPO issue size stands at 1,59,48,750 shares. Total bids received as of 11:30 AM stood at 29,37,720 shares and total bids received at cut off price stood at 17,89,872 shares, as per the data available with National Stock Exchange (NSE)

 The company reported a constant rise in revenue over the past five years. Its net revenue from operations for the year ended March 31, 2016, stood at around Rs 623.2 crore, witnessing a rise of around 11% on Y-o-Y basis. Net profit for the year ended March 31, 2016, stood at approximately Rs 137.97 crore, witnessing a rise of 65% on Y-o-Y basis.

The current stock price is 625 Rs.Many stock analysts recommend this stock for a mid term long term buy.Within  2 months it will reach 900.

Avocado smoothie

Ingredients
Butter fruit 1
Cucumber 1 medium
Lime juice 1 lemon
Mint leaves hand full
Mix the first two ingredients and 3/4 portion of Mint leaves  without adding water to form paste. Add lime juice to this and garnish with the remaining mint leaves.

Methi Dal Fry

1 cup packed menthu akkulu/menthu kura (fenugreek, methi) washed and picked
1 cup tur dal (kandi pappu, red gram)
1 medium sized onion chopped finely
1 tomato, finely chopped (optional)
4-5 green chillis slit length wise(indian variety)
1/3 tsp turmeric (pasupu)
2 whole dry red chillis(deseed and tear into pieces)
5 garlic flakes slightly crushed
1 tsp chopped ginger
10 curry leaves
1 tsp cumin seeds(jeera)
1/2 tsp mustard seeds (ria,aavaalu)
1 tsp salt 
oil  and 2 cups water
chopped coriander leaves for garnish

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a sauce pan and add the mustard seeds and let them splutter.
Now add the cumin seeds, slightly crushed garlic, whole red chilli pieces and curry leaves and fry for a minute. 
Now add the chopped onions, chopped ginger and green chillis and fry for 2 minutes on medium heat. Add the chopped tomatoes and saute for 3 mts. Remove from heat.
Add this tempering mixture and turmeric to tur dal and add 2 cups of water in a pressure cooker.
Now add the washed and picked fenugreek leaves  on top and pressure cook upto till three to four whistles or until tur dal is soft.
Wait until the pressure is released and remove the lid.
Add salt to this cooked mixture and mash with ladle till well combined.
Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot with rice and ghee, papad and vadiyaalu and you have a complete meal. You can also serve with rotis.
