In this connection, the Company has submitted to the Exchange the public announcement dated, March 31, 2006, titled, "Shasun Chemicals acquires Rhodia Pharma custom synthesis business.". Teledata Informatics Limited has informed the Exchange that the company has acquired 100% stake in Nemera International Company Ltd.,Thailand through its subsidiary.
